Boots on the Playground program was started after a principal at a local elementary school had reached out to Footprints of Michigan that some of his students were in need of winter boots. Since 2017 we have issued 4 elementary schools in Lansing, Michigan with a total of over 300 pairs of winter boots for children who are in need. Giving them warm,dry happy feet while going to school.
